Not just because Star Wars Battlefront II is awesome. We have even heard some people say that this is a very good thing. But it is still really awesome how Disney has brought this back for PC players. To be fair it would be near impossible for the old consoles to get back online. So those of us who have the game on Xbox or PlayStation 2 are out of luck. Now the bad news is that this is for PC players only. It has been a very long time since the Battlefront II servers were shut down, but we are sure people will be very excited about this as Battlefront II had a ton of content. How crazy is this? It has been announced that GOG and Steam are doing some kind of team up and players who have the game on Steam can play against those who purchased it on GOG. But the original Star Wars Battlefront II from 2005! You may think the title of today’s blog is kind of weird as Battlefront II is not actually here yet, but we are not talking about Star Wars Battlefront II that is coming out in November and getting its beta later this week.
