Mount and blade warband necromancy mod

This is also undocumented and asking the players at the Happy Hour didn't help, so here goes safe link to a screenshot: In native you can get 100+ WPF, but in here you can only really get 10+ are the values multiplied by 10? What's the point of the change? How do the X% armor proficiency penalties factor into this calculation? As a newbie to Warband in general, when mod mechanics obscurity is added to the vanilla game's mechanical obscurities, it is overwhelming (knockdown chance, crushthrough chance to give examples).

Sounds basic, sounds stupid, but neither in the forums, nor in the tooltips or FAQs is there an answer to this most basic of questions. Nothing really complex or convoluted just whatever the hell the proficiency values mean in this mod is my question.
